Position Title: Service Desk Officer
Classification: HS1A Administration Officer Grade 1A - HS15 Administration Officer Grade 1 Level 3
Salary per hour (exc. super): $27.75 per hour
Hours per fortnight: 55 hours per fortnight - working hours 9:00am - 3:00pm (job share is available)

**Role Description**
As a valued member of the Payroll Services Team, the Service Desk Officer assumes responsibility for being the first point of contact at the Payroll Service desk. This role provides a high level of customer service to help ensure end user satisfaction that supports accurate, efficient, confidential and compliant service delivery. As the first point of contact you will be responsible for distributing incoming documentation, triaging incoming enquiries and providing administrative support to Payroll Services.
