**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our suite of Retail businesses

The TA Specialist role would suit someone who loves building rapport, is meticulously organised, has a high attention to detail and isn't afraid of a fast pace

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer experience to hiring managers to work toward their People Strategy
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating our high-volume Christmas and “Back to School” recruitment drives, including coordination of assessment centres, booking of venues as required, shortlisting hundreds of positions, managing and tracking invitations, presenting to large groups etc
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders - partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, clarify role requirements and use this information to inform best practices.

**The ideal skills and experience you offer us**:

- Approximately 1-3 years of Recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Experience in high volume recruitment is desirable
- Knowledge of and/or experience with General Retail Industry Award
- Experience in the retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is essential
