Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Seqwater to deliver leading maintenance services in the water industry. These projects cover South East Queensland across multiple locations, assisting Seqwater to provide water for more than three million people.

We are currently seeking an E&I Technician on a permanent basis, to commence immediately. This role is based out of the West Bank WTP in Mount Crosby.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to provide electrical/instrumentation services in relation to the operation, maintenance, refurbishment and augmentation of Seqwater’s mechanical and civil assets across water treatment plants, dams and supply systems
- Provide technical advice and support
- Perform routine asset inspections and maintenance activities in accordance with the relevant job plans and record details of maintenance activities into the asset management system
- Experience with data assessment, ordering spares and recording (Microsoft Excel).

Skills / Qualifications:

- Current Electrical Licence
- LVR & CPR is a requirement
- Dual Trade Certificate ideal
- Must have Construction White Card or equivalent
- Demonstrable strong commitment to safety
- Enjoy working in a team environment and self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously when required, while taking ownership of the role
- Current First Aid, Confined Space with Breathing Apparatus and Gas Test Atmosphere, along with Working Safely at Heights, are all desirable tickets, but not essential.
