Eyecare Receptionist

**About the Role**
As the Eyecare Receptionist, you are responsible for managing appointments and booking enquiries, handling incoming phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to Members and staff.
This role will be based in our Eyecare centre in Bondi Junction, with possible relief at our Hurstville Eyecare centre. There are 8 HCF Eyecare centres around Sydney.
This permanent, full time role is an 11 day fortnight. You must be available to work every second Saturday from 9am to 3:30pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing courteous, prompt and correct responses to all enquiries received
- Raising accounts and receipt payments
- Complying with policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
**About You**

- Proven experience in a customer facing receptionist role
- Demonstrated understanding of computerised appointment booking systems
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with Members.
- Good time management and high attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality.
