We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Tender Writer** to join our team. This role is integral to Clearworld’s growth strategy and involves crafting high-quality, persuasive tenders and proposals that reflect our dedication to quality and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, write, and submit comprehensive tenders, proposals, and related documentation in response to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of tender requirements, ensuring compliance with submission guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to gather necessary information and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Research and analyze client profiles and industry trends to create compelling, client-focused submissions.
- Maintain and update a database of templates, case studies, and references for use in tender submissions.
- Review and refine proposals for clarity, consistency, and alignment with Clearworld’s brand and messaging.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Monitor tender outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tender writing, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical and financial information and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
