The
**Production Planner / Scheduler** will be a member of the Project Elevate team, which is responsible for the successful implementation of the Epicor ERP system that will replace our existing legacy system for Bradken globally.

The key to your success will be driven through strong Collaboration with internal stakeholders and the greater project team to deliver a solution that meets the quality and functionality expectations of the Bradken business. The challenge as always is to do so within the approved timeline and budget.

As the
**Production Planner / Scheduler** within this Implementation team, your main areas of focus will include:

- Reviewing Business Processes, the Standards & Policies that support our sites in order to assist them optimise performance through mid to short term planning and every day scheduling.
- Collaborating across 11 sites in 5 different countries _(with a split between fabrication and foundry production)_ to develop a best practice approach in the use of the new ERP
- Accurate Data Capture and Robust Testing _(including development of test cases)_
- Supporting the site-based Planners and Schedulers in preparation for Go-Live through training and regular communication
- Supporting the wider manufacturing implementation, particularly through the configuration of relationships that show the availability of Manufacturing resources for scheduling.

Key Technical Criteria:

- Proven experience in the production process, capacity planning, and scheduling techniques including master production schedules
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with, challenge, influence and negotiate desired outcomes with senior stakeholders
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical and strategic thinking capability with a focus on business outcomes
- Ability to facilitate group workshops and training
- Ability to travel
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or another related field are highly desirable
- Previous experience working with ERP Systems would be highly desirable
- Experience working within large complex organisations would be highly desirable
