We are a manufacturing and service company based in Slacks Creek and we're looking for an intermediate receptionist / admin assistant to be part of our administration & accounts team.
We're looking for a confident, highly organised person with preferably 1yrs experience in reception and/or administration. However, training will be given to a school leaver who is eager and willing to learn. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Incoming and outgoing call management
- Incoming / outgoing mail
- Filing including archiving
- Stationary orders
- Process supplier invoices & payments
- Organise vehicle services and repairs and maintenance for our office equipment
- Manage petty cash
- Daily banking including receipting payments received by cheque
- Process credit card payments
- Maintain key company registers
- General administration duties as directed
- Driving is required
- Proficient in Microsoft office (i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Have strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Be flexible and willing to learn
- Have a provisional drivers licence (minimum)
We are also looking for a person who is well presented, friendly and has a "can do" attitude.
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Word: 1 year (preferred)
- Reception and/or Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
