**Digital Marketing Officer - Leading Roles**
Leading Roles are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Officer with expertise in marketing automations and AI to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing all digital content across all marketing channels, with a focus on optimising and finessing the delivery of the right content through the right channels at the right time to the right audience.
**About the Role**
- Develop, execute and monitor digital content across all channels including social media, EDM and website adopting SEO principles to optimise content performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to create engaging content, landing pages, and customer journeys to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Design and implement marketing and business-wide automations and AI strategies that streamline and automate workflows.
- Ongoing management of website content based on performance metrics and engaging industry content.
- Create and maintain reports on content performance across all channels providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate on brand and content plans in line with the wider marketing strategy.
**About the Person**
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role managing the automation platform in a similar size organisation. You will posses an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of automation systems and will be able to provide examples of successful automations you have created and maintained.
In depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Bullhorn, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua is essential.
