**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strategic technology roadmap for the business
- Continuously seek areas of improvements for business processes, workflows and uses of technology
- Maintain strong working relationships with departments managers, senior managers and KION global IT Team

**Requirements for success**:

- Qualifications in IT and/or related business discipline
- Experience in a similar position in a leadership position providing support across support, service management and infrastructure
- Ability to stay up-to-date with new technology and advances in the market
- Demonstrated relationship building experience
- Experience working in a global environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
