**The Company**

Our client is a family owned business who have been operating 1962 & is well known throughout Australia, as the manufacturer of choice for high quality polished aluminium products. From its reputation, the business moved into aluminium bull bars using structural grade materials. The production floor delivers high quality handmade bull bars & similar products for a range of large vehicles, encompassing the use of robotic folding and welding apparatus.

**The position requirements include but are not limited to**:

- Using the equipment provided to sand and grind the aluminium bull bar components prior to final fixing
- Polishing the aluminium bull bar once manufactured
- Maintaining stock inventory and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Strictly following all required safety procedures

**To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:

- Experience in polishing aluminium products on an industrial scale
- A team player with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude is essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to details
- The flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

**Hours & Rates**

5am-3:15pm, Tuesday to Friday (overtime available on Mondays & Saturdays)

$40-$45p/h + OT + super
