**ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - SOFT GOODS**

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Attention to detail and highly customer focused
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Home wares experience (desirable)
- Passion for staff development, motivation and management
- A thorough understanding of KPI's and their role in a successful store
- Proven experience in the Management and processing of high stock volumes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
