**THE ROLE**

Purruna Spencer Newton Centre is seeking passionate certified Pilates Instructors to join their vibrant team. The facility boasts a brand-new boutique-style Pilates studio, with 16 reformer beds and a diverse range of wellness programs to deliver.

As a Pilates Instructor, your role is essential in conducting safe, appropriate, and engaging group classes following format guidelines. By cultivating a connection with participants, you have the opportunity to motivate, educate, and enrich their experience. Through your dedication, we aim to foster a commitment to improved health and well-being, one participant at a time.

**ABOUT THE Y**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Reformer Pilates Certification and Matwork Certification preferred
- Professional Registration with applicable governing body
- HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect” (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass training
- Proven capability to build strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills
