**Woods & Co **have partnered with a reputable home building company that has become one of the most trusted builders in the industry. We are on the hunt for a determined Scheduling & Support Officer to join the dynamic, successful team based in Port Melbourne.

**What's in it for you?**

**What do you do?**
- Arrange Maintenance and Warranty inspections with clients in designated time frames
- Liaise with maintenance contractors, trades, and/or staff to carry out required maintenance work
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly and accurately
- Keep accurate records of all works undertaken
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager on various jobs and escalating issues when necessary
- Ensure system activities and notes are always kept updated and current
- Promptly respond to customer enquiries and complaints and source information from relevant teams/employee
- Provide admin support to the construction team when required

**What do you need?**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed administrative skills, effective time management and a strong customer service focus
- A team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Punctual, reliable, friendly and a good sense of humour
- Administrative experience
