**About the Role**
The role will be responsible for generating and managing innovative, safe and diverse work type activities for Workskil Australia customers to enhance their chances of securing sustainable employment across the Transition to Work (TtW) Program in the South WA region.
**Travel across the region will be required so holding an unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to drive are essential for this role. This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis based at either Armadale or Cannington.**
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven ability to establish and manage all activities in the region including Training, Education opportunities in the Region;
- Demonstrated development and maintenance of an activation plan with the purpose of communication activities to stakeholders to commence TtW participants into, including education options;
- Proven ability to deliver group-based sessions and trainings to TtW participants including Great Futures (Career Planning) and Job Search, as required;
- Strong understanding of the local labour market and the needs and expectations of employers;
- Strong Communication skills to liaise extensively with various stakeholders in order to establish a range of activities for participants to meet their requirements; and
- Proven ability to work with young people and especially young people who are culturally or linguistically diverse, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and young people with a prior offender history; and
- Strong administration skills and the ability to keep up to date and accurate reports and other information to management as required.
You will also be required to:
- Hold a current driver’s licence;
- Hold a valid WWC Check;
- have a good understanding of WHS practices;
- Have a minimum of one years experience in a management role;
- Have a minimum of two years experience in Employment Services; and
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth and have completed three 3 WHS Modules from Certificate IV in WHS.

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
