Dandenong, Australia Cobral Metals Full time

We, are a family owned scrap metal yard operating from Dandenong. With over 30 years experience and a solid client base.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, hard working person with a good attitude and a focus on customer service for a full time position in the scrap metal industry.
The role will be varied from sorting and tipping scrap metal, loading and unloading of trucks, forklift and excavator operation and customer service.

**Your duties will include**:
Forklift operation
Excavator operation
Metal sorting and processing
Customer service and purchasing of material

**You will need**:
Ability to work 41.5 hours per week and an occasional Saturday shift
Reasonable understanding of different metal types
Ability to use a variety of processing equipment and hand tools

A current forklift license
Previous excavator operation would be preferred
2 contactable references

Training in all aspects of the role, including relevant licenses, will be provided for the right applicant

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Forklift operation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift License (preferred)
- HR truck license (preferred)
