We currently have a** 3-month fixed term contract** available for an experienced HR Business partner looking to make a positive impact.

**What you'll be doing**

In this 3-month role, you will cover a broad range of generalist HR activities with a focus on assisting and coaching managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Other responsibilities include:

- Provide timely day-to-day HR advice, support and consultancy to managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, remuneration and conflict resolution.
- Provide advice on employment legislation such as modern awards, common law contracts and other employment regulations.
- Support the development and delivery of effective HR initiatives and projects in line with the P+C strategic plan.

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role preferably in construction, trades or FMCG.
- Ability to provide well thought out advice and recommendations on a range of employee relations matters.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all employees, managers, and leaders within the business.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision and to prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
