About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide an efficient and effective patient focused administrative support and service within the Hospital and Health Service.. Facilitate service delivery and be flexible in supporting several areas such as Ward Reception, Call Centre, Outpatient Reception, Admissions & Pre-Admissions, Trust Office, Telehealth, Discharge Review bookings and Private Practice Clinic. Position varies according to operational requirements.
About you
- Provide support to clinical activities including maintaining wait lists, reception duties, ordering and distribution of patient medical charts, patient registration and organising patient appointments for all procedures and outpatient appointments
- Promote and participate in the revenue generation for the program, in accordance with the National Healthcare Agreement and Medicare Benefits Scheme guidelines
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relations with team members, clients and stakeholders
