**About your new role**

As a Room Leader, you will support and nurture your team, enabling them to inspire a love of learning in the children and fostering their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.

The stunning 110-place entre is a sight to behold, boasting natural surroundings, including a lush green outdoor space with a vegetable garden and terrific indoor spaces adorned with natural elements. **What we need from you**
- Experience leading a team of educators or a natural ability to
- A completed ACECQA-approved Diploma (or above)
- A confident and articulate communicator who is team-orientated.
- A good problem solver and can think on your feet
- Skilled in documentation, observation and recording of children's ongoing learning
- Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:00-6:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
