**The Role**
- The role of the Cyber Awareness Manager in the IFL Cyber Security Department is to develop and oversee initiatives that educate IFL employees on best practices. By doing so, the Cyber Awareness Manager actively contributes to the department's objectives of safeguarding the business against security threats and risks across people, processes, and technology. This includes maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of key business services and ensuring that security operations align with the organisation's risk appetite and policies, as well as regulatory requirements imposed by relevant authorities.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing a comprehensive cyber security awareness program at Insignia Financial - developing and delivering engaging modules, communication materials, and activities aimed at enhancing employees' knowledge and aligning it with industry best practice standards
- Create and oversee a centralised repository of cyber awareness content tailored for Insignia Financials’ employees, including specialised content for advisors and executives
- Take the lead in managing online content aimed at assisting members with identity protection, including crafting informative guidelines and articles
- Champion both online and in-person cyber security training and awareness sessions, encompassing activities such as updating cyber training modules and coordinating phishing campaigns
- Manage metrics, insights and reporting related to the effectiveness of the awareness program and phishing exercises
- Provide guidance and advice around awareness across the business
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the security team

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Communications, Education, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent qualification and/or relevant working knowledge/experience
- Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of cyber security principles, practices, and the critical role of security awareness
- Demonstrate experience in crafting purposeful content designed to peak interest and facilitate effective learning outcomes
- Good writing acumen with a creative flair
- Demonstrate experience and passion in effectively delivering complex communications and messages to diverse cohorts within an organisation, employing an engaging, clear, and concise approach
- Demonstrate capability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple teams, coordinating with other cyber security activities
