Reporting to the Group HSE Systems Manager this position works closely with key stakeholders across the Global HSE and Compliance function to provide HSE administrative support.

**Key deliverables include;**
- Supporting document control processes relating to the HSE Management System
- Management and processing of global training certificates (within SharePoint)
- Working across the business with various key stakeholders to ensure HSE-related invoicing, receipting and purchase orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Preparation of HSE presentation material.
- Supporting the implementation of the HSE Management System software
- Supporting the HSE and Compliance team to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc HSE administration duties

This position will offer varied work, often juggling competing priorities. To excel in this position you will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, coupled with a high customer service ethos and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your ability to show initiative and be solutions focussed, as well as a desire to assist in improving processes and efficiencies will be well honed.
Intermediate/advanced skills within Microsoft Office suite is essential, and experience within an HSE environment is desirable.
