**About the role**
As the **Membership Consultant**, you will be a crucial member of the team and your primary focus will be attracting and engaging new members into the club. You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. You must be comfortable in sales processes and calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club.
**About you**

- You help and promote local businesses
- You are confident in front of a camera
- You arrive to work 10 minutes early
- You are punctual to all meetings
- You have been told you have exceptional work ethic
- You have ideas and want to share them with your team during group discussions
- You are comfortable approaching strangers
- You enjoy a good chit-chat when on the phone
