Kleen Genie is a rapidly growing family-owned and operated professional exterior cleaning company based in North Brisbane, that specialises in services such as gutter cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, and high-pressure driveway cleaning. Our mission is to deliver top-quality cleaning services, ensuring a fresh and well-maintained appearance for our clients’ properties.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a Part-time basis starting with approx. 2 days a week (with a possible extension to 3 days in the future) to join our team. This role is not remote and will be required onsite in Enoggera reporting to the operations manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the Kleen Genie brand inside and out including values, tone of voice, offers, and ways of working with clients and partners
- Collaborate and communicate with our Marketing Specialist to deliver our marketing strategy
- Review and write marketing and operational systems and processes to improve Kleen Genie’s operational efficiencies and the customer journey and experience
- Utilise our in-house built CRM and develop a process to keep track of all leads including segmentation of clients
- Effectively communicate and roll out updated processes with automation and best practices in mind
- Create and manage all Kleen Genie marketing projects on appropriate platforms
- Run weekly WIP meetings and proactively see what the operations manager/admin needs help with and support in an agile and flexible way when required
- Social media creation and management. This includes designing social media tiles, creating reels, caption writing, and hashtags.
- Ad campaign planning, scheduling, and agile implementation for Kleen Genie offers as per the marketing plan
- Implement an effective schedule and automate marketing where required
- Create feedback forms, case studies, welcome decks, client proposals, and other marketing materials as required
- Periodically write articles for the business to improve SEO
- Improve and optimise systems, processes, and day-to-day workflows
- Basic admin tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Excellent project management and design skills
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, and journalism are seen as favourable but not required Examples of work must be provided
- Must understand marketing principles, foundations, strategy, and effective implementation
- Ability to effectively manage calendars and schedules
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Suite)
- Experience setting up, running, and optimising Meta and Google Ads
- ChatGPT wiz and other AI tools - must understand how to prompt effectively
- Implementation and management of CRM systems
- Intermediate to advanced Canva skills
- Intermediate to advanced social media skills - Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and scheduling tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Use Cloud systems such as Dropbox and Google Shared Drive and communication tools such as Zoom and Google Meet
- Extremely organised, can prioritise projects, multitask, and able to meet deadlines
- The ability to be highly agile and proactive - a continuous improvement attitude
- Effective research and analysis of data including presenting findings and data
- Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, willing to learn, be proactive, bring new ideas to the table, take on constructive feedback, fix problems promptly, be transparent, and have a sense of humour

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
