1. Demonstrate your fluency in Spanish, both verbally and in writing, and provide examples of your experience using Spanish in educational settings?

2. Describe your experience working as a classroom support staff or teaching assistant. How do you typically provide support to students who are struggling with Spanish language concepts.

3. How do you foster collaboration and effective communication with lead teachers, colleagues, students, and parents to support student learning and address concerns?

4. Demonstrate your ability to incorporate cultural activities, materials, and resources into the classroom to create an immersive learning environment for Spanish language learners.

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist the lead Spanish teacher in preparing instructional materials and resources for classroom activities and lessons.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional help with Spanish language concepts or assignments.

Assist in implementing lesson plans, activities, and assessments designed by the lead teacher, ensuring they align with curriculum objectives and student needs.

Support classroom management by monitoring student behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment, and addressing any disruptions or concerns as they arise.

Help to create a culturally immersive learning environment by incorporating authentic Spanish language materials, cultural activities, and resources.

Collaborate with the lead teacher and other support staff to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning needs and styles within the classroom.

Assist with providing constructive feedback to students to support their language development.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance Spanish language proficiency, instructional skills, and cultural competency.

Serve as a positive role model for students, demonstrating a passion for Spanish language and culture, as well as a commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
