**ABOUT THE ACADEMY**
Replay Music Academy is a music and performing arts studio providing individual and group music lessons on a variety of instruments. We are looking for new teachers to join our staff.
Our mission is to provide quality music tuition and industry training to our student base through support, nurture and inspiration.
Through our lessons, we strive to empower students to reach their goals and thrive in their music education. We share with them the love of music and the enriching benefits of the performing arts.
We believe that every lesson at the academy is another chance to shape and nurture our students in a positive way, creating lifelong memories and instilling a love of the performing arts.
As the administration assistance you will be the heart of the studio in charge of managing our schedule and corresponding with our clients. We are looking for a brilliant and committed administrator who is passionate about helping people, diligent, reliable, an outstanding communicator, and a dedicated team player.
**How Your Success will be measured**:
- Demonstrating excellent timely communication skills with staff, students and parents.
- The ability to set and complete tasks in an appropriate time frame to completion.
- The ability to enforce studio policies and/or seek appropriate help or guidance when needed.
- Having a solid understanding of our studio policies and events and have the ability to successfully communicate to our clients.
- Reliability
- Good rapport with our staff, students and parents.
**In this role you will**:
- Assist clients with any administrative quieries and questions regarding the studio.
- Maintain and organise our studio schedule.
- Communicate with students, parents and staff about our studio policies, pricing, services and curriculum/progression pathway.
- Assist our enquiry specialist with enroling and unenrolling students at the academy.
- Understand and be able to carry out our studio procedures in a timely and organised manner.
- Manage clients personal details and information with care an confidentiality.
- Assist with client payments and membership subscriptions.
- Deal with customer complaints and or escalate them to a manager.
**To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate that you have**
- A true desire to serve our mission and to continually provide excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Have a personable approach with clients and students.
- The ability to handle conflict at times and follow studio procedures and policies.
- The ability to follow up on client questions and requests in an efficient time frame.
- Our greatest measure of success is communication and how well you are able to relay information to clients, students and staff.

**Location**: 35 Interlink Drive, Craigieburn 3059.
**Rate**: $25-30 an hour plus super

- WWC - Working With Childrens Check
