**About the role**

We are looking for a Change and Adoption Analyst within eHealth NSW Program Delivery Directorate to drive the adoption of transformative digital programs and projects across NSW Health.

Your role will sit amongst peers in the Change Management team. In addition to working on some of NSW Health’s most transformative digital projects, you will also support the ongoing development of best practice methodologies, including contributing to the establishment of a centre of excellence for this discipline, for the benefit of eHealth NSW more broadly.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Proven capacity to contribute and implement strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
- A successful track record in managing medium scale change management projects.
- Experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals.
- Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholder, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
