**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing personable, tailored and trusted lending advice to clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with lenders
- Writing high volumes of loans and ensuring timely settlement
- Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Working with leading industry professionals to help take the business to the next level

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years experience in a Mortgage Broking or Residential lending role
- Strong knowledge of residential lending and the ability to manage/settle a high volume of loans
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking necessary, and those with similar experience with a banking background will also be considered
- Professional approach and presentation
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and problem solve under pressure
