Coaching and Skill Development: Provide expert fencing instruction to children and young adults, focusing on developing their skills and abilities in foil, épée, or sabre, while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Training Sessions: Design and lead structured training sessions that incorporate technique, strategy, and physical conditioning, ensuring each session meets the needs of both individual and group participants.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess students’ performance during practices, offering constructive feedback to support their growth and development. Create customized training plans for individual improvement.
- Competition Preparation: Prepare students for local competitions by developing appropriate strategies, ensuring they are physically and mentally ready to compete.
- Youth Engagement: Actively encourage young athletes to participate in fencing, guiding them through skill progression and development programs, while promoting a love for the sport.
- Team Management: Collaborate with other staff and parents to create a supportive environment that encourages teamwork and fosters a strong sense of community among students.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate student participation in local fencing events, ensuring compliance with entry requirements and managing logístical arrangements.
- Regulation Compliance: Ensure safety and adherence to fencing rules during classes, maintaining a fair and disciplined learning atmosphere.
- Fencing Promotion: Promote fencing within the education center and the wider community by engaging with schools and organizations to increase participation and awareness of the sport.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
