**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a Site and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in Murarrie 4172. As the Site and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the site-based operations and maintenance team on the Western Corridor Recycled Water Project.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Managing maintenance programs and safety procedures for all maintenance activities.
- Managing maintenance programs to maximise life cycle, serviceability and availability of equipment.
- Monitoring maintenance costs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing operational projects including capital renewals.
- Preparing work scopes and tender requests.
- Developing and strengthening key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Driving a safety first and continuous improvement culture.
- Leading change to drive improvement and efficiency to ensure optimisation.
- Developing and fostering an inclusive, innovative and high-performing team.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Trade qualification, tertiary qualification or experience in a relevant field
- Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling and maintenance management
- CMMS system experience
