As a Medical Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects and programs aimed at educating and supporting individuals living with a diverse range of medical conditions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for newcomers, as we provide comprehensive training that will immerse you in the realm of healthcare services, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals, and patients dealing with various health conditions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate regular reports for our program sponsors and collaborate with Program Managers on various projects and administrative duties.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new projects and programs, shadow senior team members during client meetings, and engage in diverse projects such as interactive online learning modules, video animations, and product launch events.
This role is structured as a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering 38 hours of work per week. Additionally, it provides flexibility with the option to work from home three days a week, while spending two days in our North Sydney office.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Science is preferred, but we will also consider similar disciplines in the healthcare field.
- Prior or current work experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A creative mindset and a genuine interest in healthcare.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday for 38 hours per week.
- Must possess permanent, full-time Australian working rights.
