**PREMIUM HAIR & BEAUTY | ASSISTANT MANAGER**
**SOUTH MELBOURNE**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join this amazing team As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, they will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Store Manager to overseeing and lead a team of dedicated sales associates
- Providing exceptional customer service by offering personalised product recommendations, advice, and support to meet customer needs.
- Contributing to achieving sales targets by actively engaging with customers, identifying their requirements, and providing suitable product suggestions.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies that highlight the premium products and enhance the store's appeal.
- Assisting in training and coaching team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in a retail management environment, preferably in the Hair & Beauty industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets while prioritising exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high energy demeanour.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for Hair & Beauty products, trends, and industry knowledge.
- Ability to work a Wednesday - Sunday roster
