What’s on offer?

Fulton Hogan are looking for a new Foreman to support us in our delivery of the Level Crossing Removal Project, as part of the Metropolitan Roads Program Alliance (MRPA). This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of our six current level crossing removals and upgrade to a number of car parks across Melbourne. In addition there is opportunities over the coming years to deliver many more technically complex projects as the business grows.

Core responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS and attending/leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements;
- Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors;
- Coordinating various civil packages across projects;
- Monitoring weekly/monthly program and identifying delays;
- Achieving daily productivity targets;
- Managing/monitoring project costs;
- Resolving daily site issues;
- Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments;
- Giving feedback to the Project Manager on individual and team performance, safety, quality and timeliness of work.

How you’ll connect to the role:
We’re looking for a civil expert Someone that comes from a background of pavement builds, Kerb and channel, intersection upgrades and similar projects will be essential in supporting the delivery of these projects.

Initially, the project you will be assigned to will have elements of minor bridge/structures scope so any experience around structural projects will also be advantageous.

You will have a proven in running a small team and the confidence to mentor and support up and comers within that team, adding to a culture of growth and positivity in the working environment.
