**Your responsibilities will include**:
- The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Services Manager - Air is to establish and maintain of an LMA-led Air vehicle maintenance presence at Williamtown and support the growth and integration of a national LMA-led maintenance workforce. The role will be responsible for delivering on the strategy to establish maintenance organisations and frameworks in line with regulatory requirements in the Part 145.
- The role is to provide maintenance governance and authorisation to programs executing maintenance services. The role will provide support and have oversight of maintenance programs with accountability for execution of maintenance in accordance with Maintenance Policy, program Maintenance Management Plans and LMA Value Stream process suite.
**About you**:
- Expert experience as a DASR Part 145 Manager (or equivalent)
- Substantial experience in establishing and sustaining an air vehicle maintenance capability in a Defence environment
- Extensive experience in maintenance management related areas in a Defence environment
- Ability to satisfy the requirements of a DASR Part 145 Form 4 Holder
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to hold & and maintain CoA NV1 security clearance with eligibility to obtain CoA NV2 security clearance.
