A full time position is currently available for a Campaign Supervisor, who will be responsible for organising, planning, leading and controlling the daily production requirements, ensuring orders are completed on time and to the highest quality every time. Dashing prides itself on delivering an experience that delights customers every time.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Communicate with the Campaign Manager regarding job timing based on the schedule.
- Accountable for manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning production, monitoring operations, and appraising job performance and results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reduction
- Responsible for the determination and optimization of the production process
- Inputting production data (for Continuous Improvement Reporting) including Quoted Vs Actual packing hours
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload accordingly
- Random auditing of campaign jobs
- Trains, directly supervises, and communicates to the team regularly the team performance and safety guidelines
- Provide advice and counsel on all aspects of production and safety
- To discuss with Campaign Manager any opportunities in regards process development and manufacturing procedures on an ongoing basis
- Drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goals
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers
- Monitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parameters
- Manage the Production schedule to maximize output while minimizing costs
- Ensure products are produced in compliance with quality key check points and within “Good Manufacturing Practices"
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
- Maintaining 5S housekeeping always.
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
- Consistently seeking to improve business processes and efficiencies
- Work in collaboration with all teams at Dashing
- Act as a mentor and guide to all Campaign Team Members

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
