**Your Opportunity**:

- Interact and communicate between different departments whilst assisting with small scale projects for the property.
- Perform maintenance services and repairs in the areas of basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, basic low voltage electrical or general utility skills.
- Assist in maintaining the systems integrity of the facility boiler systems, pumps, ventilation systems, plumbing, water and sewage systems, the Energy Management System (EMS) and other building components.
- Ensure that appropriate service manuals, technical manuals and blueprints are utilized.
- Adhere to sound engineering practices, building codes and follows safety precautions.
