**The Company**:
This sensational National Association who's head office is based in Sydney but have offices in each state in Australia are looking for their next Event Coordinator to join their National team in Canberra in a permanent part time role. The Association has a wonderful membership base and this role will be a new addition to their team.

**The Role**:
The Events Coordinator role reports into the National Events Head and will manage events in the ACT as well as assisting on larger National Conferences and Gala dinner events. This role is a part time permanent role and 15-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Event website management through event software program
- Registration management (including invoicing & payment processing)
- Preparation of event collateral and materials
- Venue / Sponsor / Partner liaison
- Speaker management
- Creation of marketing eDMs
- Social media posts (where applicable)
- On-site delivery of event
- Post event wrap up
- Financial reconciliation and reporting
- Reporting as required post event
- Event Coordination Experience at another Association or Corporate Business highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Looking for a permanent part time role 15-20 hours per week
- 5 star customer service and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, cope well under pressure and follow direction
- Excellent project management
