What you’ll be doing:
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Product Leads/Product Owners to develop and refine product features and requirements through research and stakeholder engagement.- Prototyping and Feature Development: Create prototypes and product features in collaboration with cross-functional team members.- User Engagement: Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and preferences. Engage with end-users through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform product development.- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse sales, customer, and market data to derive insights. Prepare reports and analyses to inform product decisions.- Testing: Support the execution of test cases and scenarios to ensure product functionality and user experience meet expectations.- Documentation Ownership: Create and maintain technical documentation to aid in product understanding. Assist in the development of training materials for staff.- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and laws related to electrification products. Ensure product development complies with regulatory requirements.- Fungibility: Be adaptable to work on various tasks across product design, development, and iteration simultaneously as required.- Problem Solving: Identify and address issues, obstacles, and challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.- 1-2 years of experience in a business environment, utilizing skills acquired through formal learning.- Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and organize clear, concise actions to solve complex problems.- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating user-first experiences and addressing user needs through research and data analysis.- Adaptive and ambitious, with a drive to push boundaries and deliver innovative solutions.- Action-oriented with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects.- Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in using data to inform decisions.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively.- Resilient and flexible with the ability to adapt to change.- Curious and creative mindset with a conceptual thinking approach to problem-solving.
