District Manager

**District Manager (DM)** is responsible for People, Sales, and Profit as well as future growth and planning for the allocated district. The primary function of the District Manager is to manage a group of restaurants successfully and actively participate with the Regional Manager in making State-based decisions.

Hungry Jack’s is looking for an applicant who is dedicated to achieving and maintaining high-performance KPI results throughout teams by utilising forward-thinking and commercially astute business decisions. This position would suit someone who is looking to take their leadership career to the next level by taking on a role with multi-location responsibility.

A key aspect of the role will be talent development in the district with an emphasis on fostering alignment from all employee levels, focusing on Hungry Jack's cultural pillars and values. A strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring.
