Job Description
**About the Opportunity**
The HR Administrator role is an integral part of the EOS’ Human Resources team. Working as part of a small team of HR professionals, this role is responsible for providing important HR-related administration and support services. The position is required to liaise with managers and staff across the EOS-Australia organisation. In addition, the HR Administrator will have the opportunity to grow their HR career through supporting the team of HR Business Partners in the delivery of services and support across EOS’ business units.
**Primary duties include**:
- Provide HR-related administration support to EOS’ Director, Human Resources and to the EOS HR team more broadly;
- Provide HR-related administration support across all facets of the EOS employee life cycle, including: Recruitment: Induction and on-boarding: Performance management: Remuneration management: Learning and development:
- HR reporting: and Employee cessation of employment management.
- Managing EOS’ HR pages on its intranet, ensuring currency and accuracy of information;
- Undertake assigned tasks in relation to key HR projects;
**About You**
You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. You have a demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion. You are detail and solution oriented, and can work collaboratively with a business focussed HR team. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven knowledge and experience in a human resources setting in a medium-sized and growing organisation.
- Previous experience in an Administration role.
- University degree, Diploma or currently studying (Human Resource, general business management or allied discipline) would be advantageous for this role
