**_ Your opportunity_**

Like Santa's little helpers, our team adds magic to the shopping experience, providing extraordinary customer service through greetings, navigation, gifting solutions, valet, car park assistance, visits to Santa, and surprise and delight moments.

Our services team covers concierge, valet, and car park roles, delivering 5-star customer experiences to our customers during the festive season. Bring your Christmas cheer and join us in making our customers' experiences truly magical

**_ Some of your festive duties as a _**_car park team member_**_ will include:_**
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers.
- Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre.
- Providing traffic management and navigational assistance during our busy periods in the car park.
- Ensure the car parks physical condition is maintained at a high standard.

- Always be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.
- Be confident in providing customers assistance in a busy retail setting.
- Have a provisional license (Manual/Auto)
- Be available for shifts October to February, including late-night, weekend and public holiday trading (full availability in November and December is ideal).

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. The position runs from October 2024 to January/February 2025, with shifts based on scheduling needs.
