**About the role**

In this fantastic role, as a demand planner, you will engage with various stakeholders across the business and will be able to make an impact by delivering solutions in the demand management process.

You will maintain and formalise our demand planning and associated master data process. You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing improvement solutions.

The role is based out of Padstow.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and drive all demand planning activities across a range of SKUs and product categories
- Facilitate pre-demand reviews with Sales & Marketing teams to deliver an view of the demand to support operational planning and the S&OP Process
- Analysis of weekly retail sales results [POS] and inventory levels with recommendations on optimising sales and inventory and impact to customer forecasts.
- Facilitate forecasting process changes and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar environment / role
- Advanced analytical, numerical and Excel skills to utilise data and reporting to enable data-driven insights
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
