The Go-To Market Manager is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy regarding the launch of new products to the market, and internal initiatives to ensure we launch successfully. This newly created role will report to the Head of TB Go-To Market & Initiatives, and will help Transaction Banking as it continues to grow in relevance to our customers, and with that comes a need to be ever evolving in our services and product offerings. As we develop new market offerings, it is imperative that they are launched in a way that is effective. This role will be responsible for:
Developing and executing the GTM strategy for new TB Products & Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the go-to-market plan.

**Market research**: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.

**Product positioning**: Develop and communicate product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.

**Launch planning**: Plan and execute product launches, including campaigns, events, and promotions.

**Sales enablement**: Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to sell effectively.

**Metrics tracking**: Track key metrics to measure the success of the GTM plan and make adjustments as needed.

**Market feedback**: Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development and GTM strategy.

**Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Sales, Operations, Insights, Market Management.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
**Product Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the product, its features, benefits, and target audience. Transaction Banking experience preferred.

**Sales & Distribution Channels**: Knowledge of sales and distribution channels and how to leverage them successfully.

**Communication & Presentation**: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate and present GTM plans to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

**Collaboration**: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product development, and implementation.

**Marketing Strategy**: Understanding of market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign development.

**Data Analysis**: Ability to analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance data.

**Analytical Thinking**: Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
