**Your new company**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Labourer to join a local team in Wollongong. As a Civil Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful completion of various civil construction projects across the Illawarra.
**Your new role**:

- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of construction sites, including clearing debris and ensuring safe access for equipment and personnel. Perform manual tasks such as digging trenches, shovelling materials, and loading/unloading construction materials. Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience as a Civil Labourer - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks - Knowledge of basic construction techniques and the operation of hand and power tools
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required
**What you'll get in return**
