Our client is a familiar brand within the civil construction industry. They operate a branch network along the East Coast and more expansion is planned for 2023. This privately owned company is customer focused and aligned to economic and environmental evolutions. With safety in mind they are innovative and constantly exploring new technologies.

The team is expanding and they are looking for Drivers/Operators in multiple locations including the Melbourne depot located in Pakenham. With the consistent growth experienced so far and more planned there is more than 1 opportunity. Staff stay with this company long term. The culture is supportive and fast paced.

The fleet is renewed with state of the art equipment. Your typical day will start in the depot with pre-starts and tool box talk. Each site will be different adding variety to your day. You’ll need to manoeuvre the truck into location and then operate the machinery to suit the site needs. At the end of the day the truck will be returned to the depot and the paperwork handed in.

This is an opportunity to widen your skill set. Training is provided in all equipment, all you need is your **HR License** and they will do the rest. Experience manoeuvring trucks on construction sites would be an advantage as would a bit of mechanical nous and some software experience. If you have worked in excavation, waste or the environmental industry this would also be an advantage. Your own White Card is a requirement of the role.
