We have a portfolio of transformational work to uplift Ramsay Australia with digital capability for patients, clinicians, and staff. Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, identity, and access management through to core medical systems upgrade and integration.

Due to this multi year digital transformation program we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Release Manager to join our dynamic Digital Delivery team

**The Position**

As a Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software and technology releases across our organization. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to drive successful releases while minimizing risks and disruptions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop release plans, timelines and milestones
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop strategies to minimise impacts
- Oversee the end-to-end release process
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure adequate testing of releases
- Identify opportunities to streamline process, enhance automation and implement best practice

**What does success look like?**
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment
- Excellent understanding of software development, deployment methodologies, and version control systems
- Demonstrated project management experience and ability to manage multiple releases
- Strong and diverse experience in stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and change management principles
