Sydney Central Business District, Australia HAYS Full time

Payroll Analyst needed for a 12 month fixed term contract and previous project experience needed.

**Your new company**
Located in the inner west, this education provider prides themselves on their high employer engagement. They look for individuals to join the business who understand the part they play in the wider picture. Located close to public transport, this organisation is easily accessible and provides flexible working.

**Your new role**
This is initially a 12 month FTC, to start ideally ASAP. The role of Payroll Analyst is made up of 2 parts, firstly a support doing BAU alongside the current payroll officer and the second part to be the primary payroll POC for the system implementation. This will include pulling data, data analysis, data migration and some testing. The payroll size has double over the most few years and so extra hands on deck are needed and currently some of the processes are very manual, hence the system implementation.

The position provides 3 days WFH - Payroll work a Monday in the office and for the first couple of weeks you may need to do 3 days in office whilst training occurs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to flexible, have an agile mindset, be deadline drive, and be someone who can roll with the punches. My client needs someone who understands the role they have and the impact it has on the wider business as mentioned above.

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will receive an attractive salary between $90-100k plus super, 1 rostered day per month and very flexible work arrangements.

**What you need to do now**
If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.#2769795
