Within this role you’ll plan and implement property and facility decisions for the Craigieburn Sites to provide efficient, safe and balanced property and facilities services that meet the Bank’s statutory obligations. You’ll be responsible for the management, maintenance and administration activities for services and infrastructure that support the core business of the Bank.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day monitoring of tenant activities. Conduct the vital audits, checks and reviews of tenants in respect to compliance obligations. Provide regular reports on compliance status and report, handle any issues of non-compliance.- Maintain the Bank's suite of compliance documentation required under regulation. Conduct the vital audits, checks and reviews to ensure services are delivered in accordance with established quality control programs and to the service level required by the Bank. Identify risks inherent in property ownership and occupation.- Manage routine property management events including tenant liaison, repairs and maintenance.- Assist in the establishment and ongoing contract management and supervision of service contracts and contractors to minimise costs through effective management. Continually identify areas for improving service and quality.- Trend and monitoring of utilities consumption (electricity, water, fuel, etc.) to ensure achievement of set target energy and/or relevant ABFR ratings for the property.- Manage minor works projects to maintain the reliability and availability of property services.

Your background

To be successful in this critical role you will possess;- Experience in the facilities coordination/management space, ideally 2-3 years- Knowledge of contract management and technical building systems- A sound track record in property and facilities related matters- Experience in the use of appropriate software packages, spreadsheets and databases- Strong stakeholder management experience

Your team

Reporting to the Manager Facilities (VIC) in a team of 4, where you will be supporting the Senior Property Officers. You will be working closely with others in the department, as well as stakeholders outside the department.
