Finishes Foreman

We have a CONTRACT opportunity available for a highly motivated Finishes Foreman to join their team for an immediate start.

**The Role**:
Working on an apartment project, you will be expected to play an important role in taking the project through to completion. Duties will include:

- Ensuring trades & contractors complete high quality of work
- Liaising with the Site Manager and other foremen on site
- Ensuring OH&S compliance
- Scheduling and planning of work

**What You Require**:
Your drive and motivation to succeed along with the following will you in good stead:

- Carpentry background with an appreciation for high-end finishes
- Recent experience in a Finishes role will be advantageous
- Leading Hand / Foreman Experience across commercial and/or apartment projects
- A confident ability to coordinate and manage trades
- A commitment towards OH&S
