So much so that we are in need of filling a new role to oversee our hose assembly department.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Lead the Team**: Guide the hose assembly crew to hit production targets.
- **Plan and Assign**: Organize tasks for technicians to keep production smooth.
- **Quality Control**: Keep an eye on the assembly process to meet quality standards.
- **Solve Problems**: Fix any issues on the assembly line quickly.
- **Develop Skills**: Train and mentor staff to boost their skills.
- **Team Up with Sales**: Work closely with the sales team.
- **Customer Communication**: Ensure customers’ expectations are met.
- **Manage Inventory**: Keep track of inventory levels.
- **Safety First**: Make sure everyone follows safety procedures.
- **Report Progress**: Provide regular updates on production performance.

**To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following**:

- Proven experience in hose assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of hose assembly processes, tools, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic Excel skills required
