As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at APIS, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities learn new skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our team of professionals to develop and implement customized behaviour support plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Essential criteria:
A relevant degree or qualification in psychology, behaviour analysis, social work, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in behaviour support planning and implementation, including the ability to design and implement positive behaviour support strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to take initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

Experience with data collection and analysis, and the ability to use this information to inform behaviour support plans and track progress.

Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including keeping up-to-date with developments in the field of behaviour analysis and intellectual disabilities.

**Salary**: $67,483.21 - $118,514.47 per year
