ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is looking for an experienced **Performance Marketing Specialist** who’ll be responsible for owning and driving our performance marketing program. We’re seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about performance marketing and who has the knowledge and skillset to deliver positive sales outcomes.

Working with other digital marketing experts and the broader marketing team, you’ll showcase your exceptional communication skills, a sense of curiosity and eagerness to further develop this is a vital part of our business.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Collaborating with product marketers and digital optimisation team members to build annual acquisition strategy
- Establishing and seeking business alignment on data driven performance plans - demonstrating clear delivery against KPI’s
- Ensuring accurate implementation of plans via applicable platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, DV360)
- Managing In-channel optimisation to extract best outcome possible
- Reporting to key stakeholders on performance against business targets - via dashboards and performance wall sessions
- Building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with key platform partners - Google and Meta while collaborating with the digital tribe on continuous optimisation - input on areas of opportunity (SEM v SEO), whats working and whats not (Campaigns, Platforms, Ads, Tactics)
- Driving and owning relationship with core affiliate partners - commercially positive outcomes and consistent delivery of sales

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Proven knowledge and extensive expertise in use of specific ad tech - Google Marketing Suite (CM, SA 360 & DV360) & Meta
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing organisation or agency environment
- Experience setting up and running test/learn frameworks
- Proven experience in liaising with external vendors
- Experience working with digital analytics e.g. Adobe Experience
- Ability to be a self-starter who can manage/influence key stakeholders across the organisation
- Built a knowledge base of current industry trends and help mentor business on best practice performance marketing
- Developed formal training programs to upskill marketing team and broader business on performance marketing
